SPAY AND NEUTER CLINIC

Our high quality, low cost spay and neuter clinic has sterilized more than 48,000 patients to date. An average of 120 dogs, cats, puppies and kittens come to us each week to be sterilized. Our medical staff and volunteers work tirelessly to see that each patient receives the utmost in compassionate care..

OUR TNR PROGRAM

The S/Nipped and Tipped program has been a very successful effort on behalf of the community to trap, neuter and return stray, feral and free roaming community cats. With more than 7700 community cats altered to date, our population of stray and feral cats entering our shelter system is declining. In Coos County, Oregon and surrounding areas, the leading cause of euthanasia in our shelter cat population is due to the influx of unwanted stray kittens and stray community cats seeking homes at a rate our shelter system can't sustain. .
